It was a day full of fun for the Amiplus kids during the Kiddie's Bun class. Children aged between 6 to 12 years old were able to play/knead real dough and watch how Chef Siti does it.
Each child got a recipe and a free "Angry Bird" button :)
Chef Siti shows her little bakers how to prepare the dough.
Everyone then gets a little dough to knead..
Chef then divides them up and weighs them.
Time to bake! The children were advised to stay at their seats during this process. To pass the time, chef gave them a little basic tips and answered some questions from the curious little bakers.
Chef Siti then starts to whip some delicious butter cream :)
The first on the kid's menu is Chocolate Rice bun.
DING....
Then, it was time to fill those buns with blueberry cream :)
The last thing on the menu is the chocolate dipped bun. The chocolate was double boiled by chef herself while the children were kept a safe distance away.
By the end of the day, there were happy faces in the class as everybody left with a box full of buns made by them.
